90's Olive Green and Black Wide Brim Hat by Sonni spring wrap top Bates were known for theirOlive green felt wide brim hat. 2 1 4 inch crown is wrapped in black grosgrain with a back above and below brim sheer net ruffle. Below ruffle is set on a wire placement band so it can be worn as a tilt. Interior is finished with the standard grosgrain ribbon along with an elastic placement band. Label is Sonni which has been active since the 1950's. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim extends 3 1 2 inches all around. Excellent condition, showing
