Vivid Violet Two Piece Beaded Silk Chiffon Dress circa 1920s flowers Wide copper basket weave 1940sShow stopping vivid violet purple 1920s dress set with loads of silvery glass beading on overlay tunic and skirting of underdress. The underpiece is solid silk from top to mid hip, where it fall in layers with silver glass beads to mid calf hemline. Side metal hook and eye closures up side of dress. Tunic top goes over and fits looser, no closures. No label. The straps on the underdress were shattered and replaced by purple ribbon a few small wear
