It is sleeveless, long waisted, has shorts underneath the skirt. The zipper pull and the large collar make it sooooo retro. This is probably from the 1970s. My first grade teacher wore dresses like this. It has been stored until recently at my neighbor's home. She possibly wore this to work at the bank! I washed it and now it is ready for you! The colors are brown and white and
