Germaanse boogfibula van Nordendorf I, met runeninscriptie, verzilverd brons Viking armbanden The shield is beautifully paintedThis bow fibula is the replica of a Germanic robe pin from the middle or last third of the 6th century, found in 1843 during railway works in Nordendorf, Bavaria, in an Alemannic or Frankish women's grave. The silver, ormolu plated original is in the Roman Museum in Augsburg. Performed in silvered bronze, with a size of 13 x 7 x 5 cm, almost equal to the original. Characteristic are the rectangular head plate, the semicircular base with a human face
