High waist style with unique button closure that extends all the way down. Beautiful, vibrant colours and very unique design. Fully lined. Excellent condition; two tiny holes as pictured. Very hard to see as the skirt is very draped. Can be easily fixed with a couple of stitches. Measurements : Approx. Size Small to Medium. Waist: 29 inches Length: 32 inches
