80’s VA State Trooper Uniform Hat oversized slouchy Sizing~ vintage 13/141980 navy blue Virginia state trooper hat. Indented crown with structured 3 inch brim and the original straps are still attached. Interior is lined with a white satin with the center plastic cover with a black leather sweatband. Size tag is still there, 7 1 8, Long Oval. Inner circumference is 22 1 2 inches. Excellent condition with only one issue. The interior leather sweatband is dried and stiff. But otherwise it doesn't appear to have been worn. It
