1920's Scarlet Chiffon Peignoir adorned with metal silver lace Unusual 1920's opera cape known as Victoria HouseScarlet chiffon with silver metallic lace chiffon 1920's peignoir. This has little sleeves under the shoulder ruffle which makes this a size small. I could fit into it and I'm a 38 bust but it was tight. The rest hangs free. Note this piece is delicate. We did a repair on the chiffon which was just aging not a rip just thinning. It also has a little funny felt repair which is pictured at the very bottom. Probably was done in the 30's. We left it.
