Made in France. No fabric tag, but based on feel, I believe this skirt is 100% wool. Fully lined with a silky fabric. This circle wrap skirt has a high corset type waist, with boning in the back (photo 9) and sides (photo 5). It fastens on the front left with hook and eye closures (photos 10 & 11). In excellent vintage condition; there is
