80’s Red Pleated Bishop Sleeve Dress by Monica Richards reworked vest armpit to armpit - aboutVintage from the 1980's. Solid red dress completely constructed in pleats. Pattern is vertical stripes but all in red. Collarless with a small keyhole opening in the back with a button & loop closing. Set in elastic waist with un attached buckle covered belt and balloon sleeves with tiny ball button closing at the wrist. Shoulders are lightly padded but the pads can always be removed. Fabric is a very sheer lightweight nylon jersey with a lot of swing
