Styled as a stretch knit turban. Dating to the 1970's 1980's. Excellent condition, showing no age or wear. Label is Norman Durand Original. Measuring on the inside, un stretched, it is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side, it is approximately 15 inches but it is hard to gauge due to the ruffles. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Alley Cats
