Caminitos Sergio Cruz Martinez Barril Capon stainless rich in sandy clay andAromatic and green leaning, fresh herbs, cut grass, and citrus zest lead, with underlying roasted agave and light smoke. The palate is dry and structured, showing earthy minerality, subtle tropical fruit, and a bittersweet edge (cacao nib, light coffee) typical of Barril, alongside the richer, slightly sweeter concentration from capn harvesting. Texture is lean but layered, finishing long, savory, and herbal, with lingering spice and a touch of saline
