Yves Duport 'Les Trois' Bugey, 2022 cooking The winery performs selection ofThis wine is 33% Aligot, 33% Altesse, and 33% Chardonnay. The nose is white peach and crisp pear, the body carries that pear quality into a limestone minerality that ties this wine, and its acid, to the earth. We recommend pairing this with a creamy mushroom risotto.
