The unique 666 is a debossing effect, which means it depresses into the leather, depicts dripping blood and a finely detailed pentagram in the center. It's important to measure your neck before you purchase, but the choker is fitted with a buckle, so you can also fine tune it to a perfect and comfortable fit.
