Rozelieures Smoked Collection Whisky Galicia destemmed and fermented with wildFrom the 200 year old Distillerie Grallet Dupic in Lorraine, France. Estate grown barley and locally harvested peat. The volcanic soil provides the ideal terroir for barley cultivation. They employ an in house cooper whose interesting job it is to reconstruct barrels by interleaving individual staves from various used vessels. They currently produce four different single malt whiskies.
