The palate continues with the red berry theme and has some savoury and spice notes. The wine was allowed to mature for 9 months in a mix of new (30%) and seasoned French oak. Oak was selected that highlights the berry fruits, adds palate weight and lengthens the beautiful silky finish. A lovely example of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.
