Honig Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2022 cayuga 88 hectare monopole vineyard owned95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. An inviting bouquet of ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, layered with notes of cedar, cocoa, vanilla, and subtle baking spice from oak aging. On the palate, the wine is rich and concentrated, offering generous dark fruit flavors framed by supple tannins and vibrant acidity. Hints of espresso, graphite, and toasted oak add complexity and depth, leading to a long, polished finish with excellent balance
