Isabelle Suire, Saumur Rouge, 2023 published_online richer soils than Noah's otherIsabelle Suire, a fourth generation winemaker in Berrie (Saumur), is transitioning her family vineyard to organic certification. Her Saumur Rouge is pure Cabernet Franc from a west facing clay limestone parcel, farmed with cover crops and high trellising.
