Experience the classic

this wine's elegant and distinctive taste is sure to impress

This wine is a blend of indigenous grape varietals from the Azores Islands

Coming from what's considered an "ephemeral vintage" the grapes ripened quickly but turned into very balanced wine despite slightly youthful tannins

Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot 'Singulier' Arbois Trousseau, 2023 (1.5L) Australian Red terroir-driven tequila best enjoyed neat100% hand de stemmed Trousseau, without any punch down for the first two weeks of maceration. It is vinified in an open top wooden fermenter, so as to extract less and infuse the wine more gently. Aged for one year in barrel. A delicate and light version of the sometimes 'feral' Trousseau. Pair with roasted chicken thighs and summer veggies.
