Duca Catemario Refosco DOC 2023 piemonte 000 Chardonnay vines were plantedDrawing from its origins in northeastern Italy, this Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso comes from the villages of Corno di Rosazzo, Premariacco, Cividale del Friuli and Faedis. Translating as Refosco with the red stems, vibrant acidity and a flavour spectrum of savoury florals, herbs and cherries define the variety. The fruit is fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel to preserve natural buoyancy and freshness. In the glass, the wine shows a dark,
