Taittinger Champagne Brut Les Folies de la Marquetterie NV CS20230731 On arrival at our lodges*Les Folies de la Marquetterie* is one of Taittingers most distinctive Champagnes, named after the historic chteau and vineyard surrounding the estate. This cuve is a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, sourced from old vines on the south facing slopes of the Marquetterie vineyard. Unlike Taittingers classic stainless steel vinification, this wine is partially aged in oak, adding a rich, textured quality that sets it apart. The nose is
