Paper is surprisingly solid otherwise though This is a rare bank from West Virginia, with just 8 (now 9) notes known in all types (none of which grade higher than a VF20). So, while it isn't the prettiest note on the block, when you are this uncommon you are in high demand regardless of appearance.
