Inspired by the familiar, random aesthetic of the laundry day, Jenni Tuominen first drew the shapes of the pattern on a piece of paper, then cut them out, painted them with opaque paint and composed them into a rhythmic design in which delicate brush strokes are paired with the paper cutting technique.
