The barrel influence is subtle and doesn't overtake the vegetal agave character, but rather adorns its complexity with brushes of cinnamon, licorice, pepper, caramel, and a hint of vanilla. Still mostly dry, with just enough sweetness to kiss the palate before drying out again. Sip it
