Four Pillars Christmas Gin (2022 Release) Non Alcoholic From the Ashmore Vineyard –Four Pillars Christmas Gin is the creation of Four Pillar's head distiller, Cameron. This is his tribute to the four things he loves: Australia, Christmas, Gin and his late mum Wilma. Each year, Wilma would make Christmas puddings on Victoria Day while the rest of the family watched the races. So a couple of years ago, on Derby Day, Cam put some puds made to her recipe in the botanical basket of Wilma (Four Pillars' still) and distilled a gin. Cam was
